MRS. TAWAKALITU BIMPE ABDUL
Managing Director
Mrs. Abdul holds Bsc in Accounting from Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko, and Ordinary National Diploma in Accounting from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo. She also holds certificate in Microfinance Certified Institute of Bankers.
She started her Banking career in 2001 with Ikare community Bank, Ikare Akoko. She also joined the service of NewAge Microfinance Bank in 2008 as Head of Operations. Presently, she is the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance.
MR. OLATUNBOSUN ALONGE HASSAN
Head of Operations
Mr. Alonge holds Higher National Diploma in Accountancy in the year 2009 as well as member of Nigeria Institute of Management (chattered) and similarly, a student member of Chartered Institute of Banker (CIBN).
He was employed as an account officer in the 2012. He was elevated to the post of Head of Operations in February 2019. Presently, he is writing the final stage paper of MCIB. His experience is good for the Bank.
MR. AYODELE
Head of Credit & Marketing
Mr. Ayodele graduated from Osun State Polytechnic Iree. He holds Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) and is equally a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of Institute of Chartered Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
He has over 12 years working experience both in Banking Industry and in Teaching. He joined NewAge Microfinance Bank (Nig.) Ltd on 10th February, 2020 as the Head of Credit & Marketing. His experience will be an asset to the Bank.
MR. AKINDELE AYODEJI JAMES
Head of Internal Control
Mr. Akindele Ayodeji James is a graduate of Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) where he obtained both Bachelor and Masters of Engineering in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering in 2009 and 2014 respectively. He began his career in Ilutitun-Osoro Microfinance Bank (Nig.) Ltd as Operations Trainee in 2014. In 2015, he was confirmed as a substantive Operations Officer and also doubles as Information Technology Officer (IT).
He is a Certified Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is equally a member of Institute of Strategic Management (ISMN) and Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).
Mr. Akindele Ayodeji has attended series of lectures, seminars, workshops and trainings that borders on Regulations of Microfinance Bank, Operations; Credit bureau organized by Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), National Association of Microfinance Banks (NAMBs); and Consultants.
He joined Newage Microfinance Bank (Nig.) Ltd 7th February, 2020 as the Head of Internal Control and Compliance. His wealth of experience in the banking industry will be a great and tremendous asset to the Bank.
